Description

Job Description

As an Administrative Specialist at Citizen EOR, you will be the operational backbone of a fast-paced real estate team. This role is unique; you will work under our Employee Contractor Framework, meaning you enjoy the statutory protections and benefits of a formal UAE employment contract while serving as a dedicated resource for our real estate partners.

You will handle the critical documentation that keeps the Dubai property market moving, from Ejari registrations to Trakheesi permits, ensuring every transaction is compliant and seamless.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

  • Transaction Management: Prepare and manage essential real estate documents, including Tenancy Contracts, Form A/B/I, and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
  • Government Liaison: Facilitate registrations through the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and manage Ejari and Trakheesi system updates.
  • Listing Coordination: Upload and maintain high-quality property listings on major portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle).
  • Office Operations: Coordinate schedules for property viewings, manage agent calendars, and handle internal/external correspondence with high professional standards.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate client and property records within the CRM to ensure a "single source of truth" for the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of administrative experience, specifically within Real Estate industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel preferred) and experience with Real Estate CRM software.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with DLD regulations, RERA guidelines, and Dubai-specific property documentation.
  • Communication: Exceptional command of English (Written and Verbal). Arabic is a significant advantage.
  • Traits: High attention to detail, ability to multitask under pressure, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: AED 6,200 to AED 7,500 (dependent on experience).
  • Compliance: Full UAE Labor Law compliance (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021).
  • Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical insurance provided.
  • Visa & Immigration: Full sponsorship, including Emirates ID and residency processing.
  • Leave: 30 days of annual leave plus UAE public holidays.
  • End of Service: Gratuity calculated as per GCC compliance standards.
