About The Role
Citizen EOR is sourcing a highly driven Business Development Lead – FinOps for a fast-growing FinTech and cloud-focused organization based in Dubai, UAE. This role sits at the intersection of commercial growth, cloud cost optimization, and enterprise client engagement, making it ideal for senior business development professionals with a strong understanding of FinOps, cloud economics, and strategic sales leadership.
You will lead revenue growth initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and drive enterprise adoption of FinOps solutions across the GCC region.
What You’ll Need
- 8–10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or partnerships, preferably in FinTech, SaaS, cloud services, or IT consulting
- Strong understanding of FinOps principles, cloud cost management, and cloud financial governance
- Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise and mid-market deals
- Strong consultative selling skills with ability to engage C-level and senior stakeholders
- Experience building and executing strategic go-to-market and revenue growth plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development strategy for FinOps solutions across UAE and GCC markets
- Identify, develop, and close enterprise and strategic partnership opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with predictable revenue forecasting
- Conduct client discovery sessions to identify cloud cost optimization opportunities
- Present and position FinOps frameworks, ROI models, and value propositions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing models, and partnership agreements
- Work closely with technical, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure solution fit
- Develop market-entry and territory expansion strategies
- Track market trends, competitor positioning, and emerging FinOps innovations
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
Nice-To-Haves
- Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud ecosystems
- Background in FinOps Foundation frameworks or cloud financial governance
- Exposure to GCC enterprise markets
- Experience selling cloud cost optimization, SaaS, or managed services solutions
