About the Role & Your Impact
As a Jr. Officer in Strategic Partnerships & Business Development, you will be the engine behind our regional growth. Working under the Citizen EOR framework, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and operational execution. Your impact will be felt directly through the expansion of our partner network across the GCC, helping international companies seamlessly enter the Middle East market. You aren't just selling a service; you are building the infrastructure that allows global talent to thrive in the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Identify & Prospect: Research and identify potential strategic partners and B2B or B2C clients.
- Relationship Management: Support senior leadership in maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end business development pipeline, from initial cold outreach and networking to coordinating introductory meetings.
- Commercial Support: Assist in drafting commercial proposals, win-win partnership agreements, and presentations tailored to the specific needs of international stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends in HR Tech and EOR services to identify new "Blue Ocean" opportunities for Citizen EOR.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Legal and Operations teams to ensure partnership terms are compliant with local labor laws and WPS (Wage Protection System) requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduation in any discipline is a must.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Account Management.
- Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a significant plus).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think analytically and support the creation of data-driven business cases.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptability: A proactive self-starter who can navigate the ambiguity of a fast-growing environment.
