Associate Manager, Product Marketing

Your Impact

As an Associate Manager of Product Marketing at Citizen EOR, you will be the bridge between our HR technology solutions and our clients across the GCC. You will play a pivotal role in translating complex EOR services into compelling narratives that resonate with businesses looking to expand their global footprint.

Responsibilities

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Assist in developing and executing marketing plans for new service features and EOR solutions.
• Content Creation: Draft high-impact sales collateral, website copy, and product guides that highlight our value proposition in the GCC market.
• Market Analysis: Conduct competitor research and stay updated on HR tech trends to help position Citizen EOR as a leader in the industry.
• Sales Enablement: Create tools and training materials to help our business development team communicate service benefits effectively.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Sales teams to align messaging with customer needs and technical capabilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably within the Service or SaaS industry.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify technical HR and compliance concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A data-driven mindset with experience in market research and performance tracking.
• Proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, "contractor" friendly environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: AED 6,000 to AED 7,200 per month. (dependent on experience).
• Compliance: Full UAE Labor Law compliance (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021).
• Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical insurance provided.
• Visa & Immigration: Full sponsorship, including Emirates ID and residency processing.
• Leave: 30 days of annual leave plus UAE public holidays.
• End of Service: Gratuity calculated as per GCC compliance standards.
