About the Role: Your Impact

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our e-commerce product lifecycle. You aren’t just managing a backlog; you are shaping how customers interact with our brand. Your impact will be measured by the friction you remove from the user journey and the measurable growth in conversion and retention. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing to turn "what if" into "live."

Responsibilities

• Feature Ownership: Lead the end-to-end development of specific e-commerce features, from initial discovery to post-launch optimization.
• Data Analysis: Monitor KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and dive into user analytics to drive evidence-based product decisions.
• Roadmap Support: Assist the Senior PM in prioritizing the product backlog and aligning it with our regional expansion goals.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Translate complex business requirements into clear technical user stories for our development teams.
• UX Collaboration: Partner with designers to create intuitive wireframes and prototypes that prioritize the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technical field. An MBA is a plus but not required.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a highly analytical role within the e-commerce or tech sector.
• Technical Literacy: A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or SQL to extract actionable insights.
• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify Plus, or headless commerce).
• Familiarity with the GCC market landscape and localized payment gateways.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
