This deposit is collected only after selection and acceptance of the role and is part of our standard onboarding protocol.
Purpose of the Onboarding Deposit
The onboarding deposit is requested for the following reasons:
Confirmation of Candidate Commitment
It demonstrates the candidate’s intention to proceed with the role and complete the onboarding process in good faith.
Reduction of Last-Minute Withdrawals
The deposit helps minimize cancellations or non-responsiveness after offer acceptance, which can impact project timelines and client commitments.
Coverage of Pre-Employment Administrative Costs
It supports initial onboarding activities such as documentation verification, compliance checks, system setup, internal coordination, and other pre-employment processing carried out before the official start date.
Refund Policy (100% Fully Refundable)
The AED 660 onboarding deposit is fully refundable upon successful joining of Citizen EOR. This is not a fee and will not be deducted permanently from your earnings.
The refund will be issued through one of the following methods:
- Credited along with your first month’s salary, or
- Paid as a separate reimbursement, depending on payroll cycle and operational timelines
In all cases, the full amount will be returned to the employee after onboarding is completed.
