For roles requiring commitment confirmation, candidates may be asked to pay a AED 660 onboarding deposit after signing the offer letter.

  • Refundable upon joining and processed with the first salary or as a separate payment
  • Non-refundable if the candidate:
    • Cancels or withdraws after acceptance
    • Fails to report on duty
    • Provides false documentation
    • Stops responding during pre-onboarding
    • Breaches any pre-employment obligations

A digital receipt will be issued for every deposit.

Citizen EOR offers Employer of Record, HR outsourcing, payroll management, talent sourcing, and visa/immigration support services.

Usage of any of these services is subject to:

  • Signing a formal service agreement
  • Complying with UAE labour regulations
  • Meeting payment obligations (for employers/clients)
  • Sharing accurate data for legal processing

Citizen EOR is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by clients or employees.
