In this role, you will play a critical part in coordinating end-to-end supply chain activities, monitoring inventory and logistics operations, managing suppliers, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective movement of products, materials, and services. 🛎️ In this role, you will be employed as an outsourced professional under Citizen and deployed directly to support our premier client operations across the region. Coordinate day-to-day supply chain activities across procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and distribution functions. - Monitor the complete order lifecycle from purchase requisition and purchase order through supplier fulfilment, delivery, receipt, and final documentation. - Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, logistics providers, warehouse teams, internal departments, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution. - Track supplier orders, shipment schedules, delivery commitments, and outstanding purchase orders to minimize delays and supply disruptions. - Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, consumption patterns, replenishment requirements, and potential stock-outs or excess inventory. - Support demand planning and inventory forecasting based on historical consumption, business requirements, seasonal demand, and operational forecasts. - Prepare and maintain supply chain reports covering inventory, procurement, logistics, supplier performance, order fulfilment, and operational KPIs. - Identify supply chain bottlenecks and proactively coordinate corrective actions with relevant internal and external stakeholders. - Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, including shipment documentation, delivery schedules, transportation arrangements, and proof of delivery. - Work closely with Finance and Procurement teams to resolve purchase order, invoice, delivery, pricing, and quantity discrepancies. - Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, inventory transactions, supplier documents, contracts, and logistics records. - Monitor supplier performance against agreed pricing, quality, lead times, service levels, and delivery commitments. - Support supplier evaluation, onboarding, performance reviews, and the identification of alternative suppliers where required. - Assist in sourcing activities by obtaining quotations, comparing commercial terms, conducting market research, and supporting procurement negotiations. - Analyze supply chain costs and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenditure. - Coordinate contract renewals, recurring purchases, service agreements, and supplier commitments to prevent operational interruptions. - Use ERP, inventory management, procurement, and logistics systems to maintain accurate and timely operational data. - Develop and maintain supply chain dashboards and trackers using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools. - Support cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, cost optimization, automation, and supply chain efficiency. - Escalate critical supply shortages, supplier failures, delivery delays, inventory risks, and operational disruptions to management with recommended solutions. ✦✦ 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Procurement, or a related discipline. - Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory management, purchasing, or operations. - Industry Experience: Experience in Telecom, Hospitality, Retail, Real Estate, Healthcare, FMCG, Technology, or Corporate Services is preferred. - Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, data analysis, and reporting. - Systems: Experience working with ERP, procurement, inventory, warehouse, or supply chain management systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or equivalent platforms. - Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze inventory, supplier, purchasing, logistics, and operational data and convert findings into actionable recommendations. - Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Operational Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-up discipline, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. ✦✦ 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 - Professional certification in supply chain, procurement, or logistics such as CIPS, CSCP, CLTD, or equivalent. - Experience managing supply chain operations within Telecom, Hospitality, Retail, Real Estate, or Healthcare environments. - Experience with inventory planning, demand forecasting, warehouse operations, or distribution management. - Experience working with SaaS, technology, enterprise services, or multi-location operations. -
