About the Role

As the Sr. Manager of Logistics Performance, you will be the primary custodian of operational excellence within our hyper-growth quick commerce engine. This role demands a high-level strategic thinker who can harmonize complex last-mile logistics with real-time consumer expectations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end optimization of the delivery lifecycle, ensuring that speed, cost-efficiency, and service reliability are not just maintained, but continuously evolved. Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence Engineering: Architect and implement advanced logistics frameworks that minimize "click-to-door" latency while maximizing fleet utilization and throughput.
  • Strategic KPI Orchestration: Define and govern a sophisticated suite of performance metrics, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), Cost Per Delivery (CPD), and Fleet Churn, to ensure data-driven operational integrity.
  • Logistics Technology Integration: Lead the deployment of automated dispatching and routing algorithms, collaborating with Product teams to enhance real-time tracking and predictive delivery windows.
  • Vendor & Partner Ecosystem Management: Oversee high-level negotiations and performance audits for third-party logistics (3PL) providers and fleet partners to ensure seamless service continuity.
  • Process Transformation & Lean Optimization: Conduct longitudinal root-cause analyses on delivery bottlenecks and execute systemic process improvements to eliminate operational waste.

Qualifications

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 3+ years of senior-level experience in Logistics Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Last-Mile Delivery, ideally within a high-velocity Q-Commerce or E-commerce environment.
  • Professional Pedigree: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, decentralized delivery networks with a verifiable history of achieving aggressive operational efficiency targets.
  • Language Proficiency: English: Native or professional fluency is mandatory. Arabic: Proficiency is a significant advantage. Additional Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, Filipino, or Bangla is highly regarded and provides a distinct advantage for effective fleet communication.
  • Role-Specific Skillset:
  • Expertise in Last-Mile Logistics Optimization & Route Planning.
  • Advanced Quantitative Analysis & Operational Modeling.
  • Mastery of Lean Six Sigma or Process Re-engineering methodologies.
  • Strategic Fleet Management & 3PL Governance.
  • Proficiency in Logistics ERP & Real-Time Dispatch Software.
