About the Role
As a Senior Specialist in Retail Media Partnerships, you will be the primary architect of our monetization ecosystem within the fast-paced quick commerce sector. This role requires a visionary leader capable of transforming digital real estate into high-yield advertising assets for global and local brands. You will oversee the entire partnership lifecycle, from strategic pitch to campaign optimization, ensuring our retail media network delivers unparalleled ROI for stakeholders. Your objective is to leverage deep consumer data to create sophisticated, non-intrusive advertising experiences that redefine how brands connect with instant-delivery customers in the GCC.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Monetization Orchestration: Design and execute a high-level retail media roadmap that maximizes inventory value while maintaining a premium user experience.
- Key Account Ecosystem Management: Cultivate and scale senior-level relationships with FMCG giants and advertising agencies to drive sustainable, long-term revenue growth.
- Advanced Data Synthesis: Collaborate with Data Science teams to develop sophisticated audience segmentation models that enhance campaign precision and reporting transparency.
- Inventory Innovation: Lead the conceptualization of new advertising products—such as sponsored search, digital end-caps, and sampling programs—tailored for the hyper-fast delivery environment.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and refine campaign metrics using advanced analytics to ensure partner satisfaction and consistent renewal rates.
Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 3+ years of high-level experience in Retail Media, Digital Ad Sales, or E-commerce Partnerships, with a demonstrated history of meeting multi-million AED revenue targets.
- Professional Pedigree: Verifiable background in a high-growth tech or Q-Commerce environment, showcasing a sophisticated understanding of the digital shelf.
- Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional certifications are highly regarded.
- Role-Specific Skillset:
- Expertise in Programmatic Advertising & AdTech Stack management.
- Advanced Negotiation & Strategic Stakeholder Influence.
- Proficiency in Complex Attribution Modeling & Data Analytics.
- Mastery of FMCG Brand Dynamics & Category Management.
