About the Role

As an Area Operations Specialist, you will be the operational backbone of a designated geographic territory, ensuring that our localized fulfillment hubs operate at peak efficiency. This role requires a high-mobility professional who can bridge the gap between high-level operational strategy and ground-level execution. You will be responsible for auditing performance across multiple sites, troubleshooting systemic delivery delays, and ensuring that every hub within your area adheres to the strict safety and speed protocols that define our brand. Your mission is to maintain a frictionless delivery ecosystem that consistently exceeds customer expectations in a high-density urban environment.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Site Operational Governance: Conduct rigorous daily performance audits across assigned fulfillment centers to ensure 100% compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Territory Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve localized bottlenecks affecting "Click-to-Door" times, ensuring your specific area leads in regional efficiency rankings.
• Dynamic Resource Allocation: Manage the movement of inventory and rider resources between hubs to mitigate sudden surges in demand or localized operational disruptions.
• Compliance & Safety Oversight: Enforce strict health, safety, and hygiene standards across all micro-fulfillment centers, maintaining a "zero-incident" operational environment.
• Data-Driven Process Improvement: Analyze area-specific logistics data to propose and implement hyper-local process refinements that reduce cost-per-delivery (CPD).

Qualifications

• Proven Track Record: Minimum 3+ years of on-the-ground experience in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain roles, specifically within the Quick Commerce or Food Delivery sectors.
• Professional Pedigree: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site operations and lead diverse frontline teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Language Proficiency:
  • English: Professional fluency is mandatory.
  • Arabic: Proficiency is a significant advantage.
  • Additional Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, Filipino, or Bangla is highly regarded for effective communication with our diverse frontline workforce.
• Role-Specific Skillset:
  • Expertise in Territory Mapping & Last-Mile Logistics.
  • Advanced Problem-Solving & Crisis Management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management Systems (IMS) and Logistics Tech.
