About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Executive to lead the strategic positioning of our HR technology suite across the GCC. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product development and market penetration, ensuring our solutions resonate with modern enterprises. You will be responsible for crafting the narrative that defines how Citizen EOR transforms workforce management, moving beyond simple features to deliver high-impact value propositions. Your work will directly influence our regional growth trajectory by turning complex technical capabilities into compelling, market-ready commercial success stories.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Market Positioning: Engineer and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies that solidify our footprint within the Middle Eastern HR tech ecosystem.
  • Cross-Functional Ecosystem Orchestration: Lead synchronization efforts between Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure a unified and sophisticated brand voice.
  • Competitive Intelligence Synthesis: Conduct advanced longitudinal market analysis to identify emerging trends and preemptively position our products against regional and global competitors.
  • Lifecycle Value Optimization: Develop high-level sales enablement toolkits and technical whitepapers that articulate the ROI of our EOR and HR Tech solutions to C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Product Marketing or Strategic Brand Management, backed by a portfolio of successful SaaS or Fintech product launches.
  • Advanced Strategic Insight: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical architecture into high-level business value for diverse enterprise audiences.
  • Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the GCC business landscape and the regulatory nuances of the HR technology sector.
  • Role-Specific Skillset:
    • Expertise in Multi-Channel GTM Strategy execution.
    • Advanced Product Messaging & Narrative Design.
    • Proficiency in Data-Driven Market Segmentation.
    • Mastery of Stakeholder Alignment & Influence.
    • Strategic Competitor Benchmarking & Gap Analysis.
